As of today, Hordes of Orcs 2 will no longer be available for purchase.

Unfortunately the game does not run under Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8), and the effort of updating it to build under newer versions of Unity (3.0+) is beyond what I can afford in terms of time and effort.

I am also taking this opportunity to officially wind down the operations of MrJoy Inc in their entirety, although it has obviously been defunct for some time. This of course means our other games will no longer be available for purchase either.

This site will revert to being my personal site, and I’ll do what I can do provide support for players of When Orcs Attack, Epic Tower Defense, Hordes of Orcs, Hordes of Orcs 2, and Harmonic Convergence to the extent I am able to.

To the hundreds of thousands of people who played our games: I hope you were entertained, and that you consider the time spent playing our games to be time well spent.

I’d also like to give one last shout-out to the many folks who helped make these games a reality: Magnus Blikstad, John Seguin, Tom Long, Gareth Morgan, Derek Chan, Brian Nakamoto, the guys from +7 Systems (Carl Morris, Nathaniel Bogan, Christian Force), and especially all the wonderful folks at Freeverse (Ian Smith, Colin Smith, Bruce Morrison, Steve Tze, and many others).
